Congrats on getting your iPad! I know the feeling you wake up at 6 a.m. because you know the lines are ridiculous. You make sure one of your friends stand in line with to rotate for bathroom breaks. You peak inside the store to see how many employees are working so you can estimate the wait time. Finally when you get your iPad you notice you may need more. This has become the norm for most Apple enthusiasts and for a first time buyer it can be overwhelming.
Once you get in the Apple store you think you immediately know how much you are going to spend. In our tough economic times it is smart and sensible to budget even for a gadget like this. But then you see the features like LCD picture quality, 1.5lb weight, Wi-Fi speed, and Apps. Right then and there you know you are in trouble because once you buy one iPad App you are hooked. Its sleek design impresses many but there are a few setbacks.
As a frequent Apple user I know that they will work out the kinks for the iPad in the future. That one of the reasons I love Apple so much. You can tell they designed the iPad for students to professionals alike. However with most new technology it can be frustrating just trying to get your hands on the iPad. But I feel this will help you more with understanding how the consumer market works and you can look forward to tech shopping in the future. Don’t take my word for it going into an Apple store is an adventure everyone should experience for themselves.
